Our vessels responsibly fish anchovy under strict quality, size, and temperature controls.
Anchovy is transported to the plant by a pumping system. At the plant, the raw material is weighed, evaluated, and stored in different ponds according to its quality.
The raw material is subjected to high temperatures to sterilize it and more easily separate the fat and moisture from the solids.
The cooked part is compressed to remove fat and moisture. At this point, the liquids are separated from the solids.
While the suspended solids and water are processed to obtain soluble proteins that are added to meal production, the liquids continue the oil processing steps.
We verify that the oil meets the quality requirements (Omega 3, acidity and anisidine) and our customers' specifications to determine its final storage.
The oil obtained from the process is deposited in storage tanks, whose characteristics maintain the quality and safety of the product.
Frequent analyses are carried out in order to verify the Omega 3 profiles and the quality required by the client.
The finished product is shipped to our customers worldwide.
