To not only reduce pollution on our beaches, but also to raise awareness among the population for the change and maintenance of these spaces, we participated in the cleaning day organized by HAZla por tu playa. Our Hayduk Lima employees joined this initiative, who, by example, joined the change for the environment and respect for public areas.
One of the company’s expectations is to promote values for the care of the environment and respect for public areas, as well as to promote collective and collaborative actions against plastic pollution of the sea. To achieve this, Hayduk has been carrying out several volunteer activities each year together with National Fisheries Society (SNP) and associated companies, with which in 2022 they managed to reduce/collect 45 tons of waste on beaches in various localities.
The company assured that it will continue to focus on the management of its recyclable waste in order to generate a positive impact on the environment and, consequently, on society.
